Mix the following together in a ziploc bag or small container:
1/2 Cup Baking Soda
In a cup, combine:
1 capful 3% Hydrogen Peroxide
1 capful water
Then, once a day, wet toothbrush with Peroxide/Water and sprinkle powder on the toothbrush.
Disinfect EVERY surface of EVERY tooth, EVERY 24 hours.
Coconut Oil Toothpaste (another option for brushing)
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
2 Tablespoons Baking Soda
10 drops essential oil (optional)**
Instructions:
1. Mix baking soda and coconut oil in a small container, until it forms a paste-like consistency.
2. Add several drops of essential oil and mix (essential oil is optional)**
*You can make a larger or smaller batch depending on how long you would like it to last and what size container you’re storing it in.
**There are a number of different appropriate essential oils to target oral bacteria.
